there's got to be a way to fix this I don't care if they're not still in business they're still making money because people are still sending in the payments of the things that they bought.They need to put this right.Fix this because it hurt my husband and myself. It was horrible to see that, It was horrible to realize that Sears knowingly sold something, underA banner of authenticity.They knew it wasn't real when they sold it to us but we paid real money. Well I went to wear it one day and I don't know why I looked but I looked And I realized GOLD Was Disappearing it was changing colors. I would wear it, was a special gift, on special occasions. My husband brought me a beautiful Gold and diamond necklace it was in the shape of a heart. I Used to like Sears But now I'm not so happy.

They have around 8 separate Customer Service Departments, and none of them communicate among themselves.and none of them know how to transfer calls, and a victim (customer) has to wait HOURS to talk with someone who can't speak clear English and doesn't give a damn about the victim (customer). Actually, Sears should just dry up and fade away. I WOULDN'T BUY ANOTHER SEARS PRODUCT IF THEY OFFERED IT TO ME FOR 40 CENTS ON THE DOLLAR! What a shame.

They discounted the credit, so I had to fight with the main headquarters to get my full refund, and FINALLY, THREE MONTHS LATER, I got the balance of the full refund. So I had to FIGHT WITH THE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT to get their 2nd refrig picked up and a credit issued. Then, 3 days later, Sears delivered the replacement refrigerator. I couldn't get any information from them, and I desperately needed a refrig, so I went to Home Depot and bought a Frigidare. So they delivered a replacement refrigerator(8 days later!!!), but their customer service department was so pitiful that they forgot to tell me another refrig was on the way. They tried to fix it, but the parts kept getting lost in delivery. It died a natural death 3 days after delivery. When I moved to Texas, I bought another one. I bought a refrig on line about 5 years ago, and it was great.
